People Helping People
You are not alone in your battle against cancer.

CommuniCancer is for you if your life is affected by cancer and you want to connect to other people affected by the same type of cancer.

Cancer Patients newly diagnosed with cancer can search CommuniCancer for stories of others who have experienced the same cancer type, and connect with other members willing to provide emotional support and answer questions about their own personal experience.

Cancer Survivors can continue their personal healing process by offering peer support to others through their journey and documenting their cancer experience. Others who read the profile you create may find comfort in knowing that someone has had a similar experience.

Friends and Family can also create accounts to receive the emotional support they need, or to find information on behalf of a loved one affected by cancer.

CommuniCancer has been designed as a safe place for everyone, and all members are encouraged to keep all communications on-site and to remain anonymous even as close relationships develop.

Please help spread the word about this valuable new resource, because as the database grows, the chance that someone diagnosed with cancer will be able to find meaningful support when they need it most grows in turn.

Strength in Numbers
Communication can play a huge role in the healing process. Reaching out to others, externalizing your experiences, and empowering yourself with information are all ways to take care of your emotional health while facing a difficult life challenge such as Cancer. Sometimes, simply talking with someone who has had a similar experience and can understand what you are going through can make your journey an easier one.
