| My Cancer Story:
| In October, 2006 when I was diagnosed with cancer, it really blew me away. The doctors suggested surgery and I was devasted. This was to happen to other people, not me. Anyway, they totally removed my esophogu s. To make a long story short, I was hospitalized for about a month. My stomach now acts like an espopogus and makes my eating habits tricky. They say that they got all the cancer so I did not need any further treatments. I live day to day and hope one day I can relax about the cancer returning (if there is such a thing). I am still being closely monitered for any signs of the cancer returning. |
